2. Quotes and project agreements
A website inquiry does not create a service contract. Scope, pricing, payment schedule, delivery dates, revision limits, and cancellation terms must be confirmed in a written project agreement before work begins. That agreement governs the project if it differs from these website terms.
3. Client materials and approvals
You are responsible for having permission to use all footage, audio, images, trademarks, and other materials you supply, and for the accuracy and legality of your instructions. You must supply required materials and feedback in line with the agreed timeline. Do not send account passwords through this website.
4. Ownership and licensing
Ownership or licensing of final deliverables, source files, project files, and third-party assets will be specified in the project agreement. Third-party music, fonts, footage, and software remain subject to their respective licenses. No ownership transfer is created by submitting an inquiry.
5. Delivery, revisions, and social platforms
Delivery dates and included revisions depend on the agreed scope and timely client cooperation. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote. Social platforms control their own policies and availability; we do not guarantee views, follower growth, reach, or other marketing results.
6. Payments and cancellation
Payment amounts, deposits, refunds, and cancellation arrangements are agreed for each project in writing. This website does not take payments. No fixed refund or cancellation policy should be inferred from a quote request.
7. Website content and liability
Website content is provided for general information. We aim to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is always complete or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any project-specific liability provisions must be set out in the project agreement.
